Summary

Invoice by PDFKaj is designed so that creating an invoice does not require an account and does not require sending invoice contents anywhere. Your invoice data is calculated and rendered in your browser. Drafts you choose to save stay in this browser's local storage on your device.

What we do not collect

• Customer names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses
• Tax IDs, registration numbers or bank details
• Line items, descriptions, quantities, prices or totals
• Your logo or any file you upload

Data stored on your device

If you save a draft, autosave, or choose a language or template, that information is written to your browser's local storage. It is not transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time with the “Clear all data” action in the invoice builder, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled for this deployment, they count anonymous product-level events such as invoice_created, pdf_downloaded, template_selected, country_selected and language_selected. These events carry no invoice contents and no personal data. If analytics are disabled, no such events are sent at all.

Advertising

This site may display advertising to keep the tool free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, subject to their own policies and to your consent where required. Advertising is never shown inside your generated invoice, and invoice contents are never shared with advertising systems.

Local processing and the PDF

The PDF is generated in your browser using your device's fonts and rendering. Nothing about your invoice needs to reach a server for the PDF to be produced. If a future optional feature requires server processing, it will be described here before you use it.
